Looking after your corporation means filling in a constant stream of paperwork, which used to require a dedicated secretary to complete. This is far from the norm these days, but a lot of the same type of paperwork still needs to be filled in.

Our service will make your life a lot easier – we’ll act as your in-house secretary, completing tasks like recording company meetings, and submitting returns to Companies House. We’ll be on hand whenever you need us, and we’ll make sure that all your deadlines are met well ahead of time.

It’s a pretty flexible role. We’ll do anything from your statutory books to your registers of directors. We’ll also talk to Companies House on your behalf, advising on any organisation changes or differences in your company management.
